Creating and using a new category.
Hello everyone smarter then I am. I have another question. I am attempting
to make it so that I am able to synchronize a contacts list located in a
public folder to a handheld device. I was told to create a new category as
opposed to a folder to do this. I have created a new category, but I am
unsure how to associate the public folder (contacts) with this newly created
category. Does anyone know how to do this? Any and all help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is no program named "Outlook 7". Perhaps you mean Outlook 2007.
Fix your file type associations. This is a WIndows issue, not an Outlook
issue. Outlook obeys the Windows settings.

I'm developing an application using MFC that plays WAV audio files. My
user interface consists of 3 buttons - Play, Pause and Stop.
When I click the play button, my program Reads the WAV file in chunks
of 1024bytes and stores them in a static array. The array is processed
in another function and the array is refilled in a while loop.
On clicking the Pause button the file being played should be Paused.
I am facing some difficulty here. Although the play and pause are
working fine, there is a delay in execution for the "OnPauseClick".
(When the pause button is clicked).

That may be a problem on the recipient's end that you cannot fix. Email

We want to move MOSS to a new 64-Bit server. We've experimented with a few
migration tools, but to be frank, they all suck.
What is the best technique to use that will also retain all the document
histories, meta data, custom web parts, workflows, etc...?
Please tell me it's not as simple as installing SP on the new machine,
adding to the farm, then shutting down the old server.
it's not easy if you have custom things.
the way I see it, you install SharePoint and custom things...
