You probably accidentally turned it 90* degrees in Display
Properties-->Advanced-->[your videocard settings somewhere here]

I asusme yours is a normal LCD display, because some allow to be flipped 90*
degrees by hand, in addition to WIndows ability to flip it by software.

But it might be somethign else, wait for more responses

P.S.
With high-end Videocards like my nVidia, often you can right-click on empty
desktop and choose that videocard settings (it says "nVidia Control Panel
here, but yours might be different) and check if you flipped display there),
some people have that control always showing in Notification area in
taskbar, but I always disable any such parasite icons/windows because I am a
minimalist - smaller/simpler systems are faster & more reliable, it's a
technical law.

Try
Ctrl-Alt- <Up Arrow>
or whatever rotates your computer screen view.

The ability to rotate the screen image is a feature of your video
card, to help it work with monitors that rotate to portrait
orientation. Almost certainly you accidentally pressed Ctrl-Alt, and
some arrow key.

Rotate it back using those keys.
