I have new install of SBS 2008. I hooked up my external drive to backup what 
I had done. Windows Backup was to run at 9:30pm after that but it failed 
with this:
"The backup of the volume was stopped before the backup started running."
Please advise and thanks 

You are using the SBS Backup Wizard?
and Done Updates?
What's in the backup Log file?
