We have our own Exchange-hosted email. Try as I might, I cannot get our
company president to give up his gmail account, and he insists that it come
into his Outlook. This used to work before I replaced his hard drive: Added
the gmail account to his Outlook and it came right into his inbox. Used it
for a couple of years and never had a problem. I am not using the Pop3
connector.
I set it up the same way on the new hard drive and now I can send gmail but
I cannot receive. Also, when I go to tools, options, mail setup, I cannot go
to Send/Receive. I click on Send/Receive, and the Send/Receive Groups dialog
box doesn't open. I have rebuilt the profile from scratch several times.
Mail comes in for a short time, then stops. Very frustrating. Can someone
help me?
