Is there a way I can grant family members access to my WLM Calendar? Can I
post it online somewhere and they can go in and look at it? If you are aware
of a way to do this, can you please offer small, simple bits of info so I can
actually do it. I am not all that tech smart. Thank you.

In WLMail, does it say Sign in under the Close X?
When you are signed in, your Contacts and Calendar are synced online.
contacts.live.com
calendar.live.com

If you don't have a Live ID, login.live.com, Sign up for an account.

WLMail can access your mail and newsgroups without being logged in.

Thanks Ron and Bob. So if I want someone to see my calendar on WLM, how do I
allow them access without giving them my user name and password? Sorry for
the silly questions.

From the WLM Help....
"* Calendars: You can create calendars and events (A scheduled activity
that you enter into a calendar, such as a meeting, party, or appointment.)
whether you're signed in to Mail or not. If you do sign in to Mail, your
Windows Live Calendar (A free online calendar service that you can use to
keep track of personal appointments, family get-togethers, group schedules,
birthdays, holidays, and local events. You can create multiple calendars to
share with friends and coworkers and publish your calendars so that anyone
can see them. The calendar feature in Windows Live Mail shares many features
with Windows Live Calendar.) calendars are automatically imported into Mail,
and any calendars that you've created in Mail are added to Calendar. Also,
your calendars are available from any computer on which you sign in to Mail.
If you don't sign in, you can access your calendars only from the computer
that you created them on."

You have to log onto http://home.live.com/ and share your calendar, if you
want others to see it.

I am getting so close Dave....thanks. I went to the home.live.com site and
granted those people I want to have access, but now where do they log on to
view it? Do they need a WL account?

Each Live Calendar(default titled Calendar or new user created =
calendars) must be shared
 - Note: The Birthday and Holiday calendars are not shareable.

Calendar sharing is accomplished via http:/calendar.live.com, not =
home.live.com

To share a calendar one has multiple options(3)
Clicking on the calendar name found on the left hand side of the screen =
at calendar.live.com will provide those 3 options.

Share your calendar with friends and family
 - To start sharing with specific people, click "Add people".
 (Live ID is required)

Send friends a view-only link to your calendar
(They'll only be able to view your calendar but they won't need a =
Windows Live ID)
(Live ID is not required)

Make your calendar public
 - Post a public link so that anyone can search for and view your =
calendar online.
 (Live ID is not required)

Hello Maegan,
Happy New Year!

Yes.
When you use the second option to send a view only link...each selected calendar creates a unique link which you have to copy and
send to the intended recipient.... thus if you have multiple calendars(e.g. Friends, Family, Tennis, Golf, etc) multiple links and
respective emails are necessary.

You have the following options for the type of link. Each option(Html, ICS, RSS) once clicked will cause a dialog box to appear
with a link to copy.

If you want people to see all the details of your calendar, use these links.
HTML: Preview in a web browser
ICS: Import into another calendar application
RSS: View in a feed reader
 Reset calendar URLs

If you want people to only see when you're free and busy, use these links.
HTML: Preview in a web browser
ICS: Import into another calendar application
RSS: View in a feed reader
 Reset calendar URLs
