sending mail - microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

Hi All, I'm running windows 7 and live mail. When I send mail it comes thru all jumbled up. Most people trash my mail when received. I can't figure out what's wrong. Can anybody help? TIA, I. Opper

Jumbled up would mean ??? Try sending in plain text... In the compose window, View, Encoding, what are you using? When I go to the compose window I don't see view. Click on the icon just left of the blue ? icon on the top right and then select "Show Menu bar" - then you should see "View".
