I just started with Windows Live email (new Windows 7 program). Every so
often I get a second exact duplicate email in my inbox.
Also, when I "snip" and send, the mail goes to the recipient, but when I try
to forward it out of my "sent" file, it says it sent it again and lists it as
sent again, but the recipient never gets it. This only happens with the
emails that I've included a "snip" with.
Can anyone help me understand and fix these 2 problems?

Debbie,
Try Tools > Accounts > Your Mail Account > Properties > untick : 'Include
this account when receiving or synchronizing' > OK
