Outlook over HTTP with SBS 2003
I'm pulling my hair out over this. I have a client with a SBS 2003 server.
We have a self-signed certificate on the server and I am able to access
e-mail via the address https://customerdomain.dyndnsaddress.com/exchange. I
have installed the certificate on my computer and no longer get the
certificate warning when I go to either /exchange or /remote. I have
followed the instructions to get this working to the letter on both Outlook
and the SBS server. When I ran the CEICW, it said it was successful. I have
port 443 open hence the access to RWW. Two odd things I noticed when s...Force MSN Money Updates when Closing Money 2003/2004
Is there any method for forcing money to synchronize with MSN Money on
closing the software as opposed to it asking Yes/No? I always want it to
sync and have hating always choosing yes. You can force it to never sync by
checking a check box on the Yes/No prompt, but not to always sync as far as
I can tell. Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on the link really. 10 would be ok before mail started
populating the local OST. I tend to experience 60 because I'm running
on a heavily used vmware lab contending with a lot of resources and on
the end of an ADSL. You presumably aren't.

This is no different than writing any C++ class. The fact that you are
wrapping a COM server does not have impact. Are you asking how to use
the COM server?

Server but we want to add on another web site. We want

A web server can hold multiple domains. Configuring your web server is off
topic here. I'd refer you to Apache documentation with your server or online
thru an Apache forum or site (google for it).

If you enable HTTP Compression and Custom HTTP header to your CRM web app it
really increases the performance. There are a couple of tweaks you can apply

2.) Add the following Custom HTTP Headers to CRM directories and files of
the following type .gif. .jpg, .htc, and .css (DO NOT apply to .aspx files.)
here are the entries you want to use:
