How to avoid signing in?

When I open WLM (latest beta) am presented with a "Sign in to WLM"
window...just closing the box allows me to proceed ok - but how to arrange
to NOT have this box opening each time? Thanks.

Alt + F, Options, Mail, Connection tab, Stop signing in.

Actually, the sign in is to Live services.

John,
Ron provided the method to stop signing in.
Fyi...if you were signing on and stop, the contacts in use during sign on will not be available in the 'no sign on mode'. Likewise, the same will occur for the calendar. A signon is unique to a Live ID as well as that Live ID's associated contacts and calendar.

If you send a Photo email in Version 2011(your version), a Live ID signon will be necessary(you will be prompted to do so to upload the Photo e-mail contents(pics/album) to your Live ID SkyDrive.

that's a good thing for my mind as I don't trust my contact list with any
online service, MS included, just call me paranoid, I sync my calendar with
my phone and my gmail account (who also doesn't have my contacts on line)
having to sign on to send a pic is a bit intrusive don't you think, I don't
need a sky drive and refuse to use any sort of cloud computing, I back up
myself and manage all my own content.

so what's the difference (serious question, after all I've only been using
email since the days of PINE)

Photo mail uploads the full size image to a Microsoft server (which is
the reason for the sign in) and inserts a smaller version in the
message. The recipients click the smaller image to download the full
size one.

If you attach a photo (or any other file type), or insert an image
inline in an HTML format message it goes along with the message. The
message is completely self-contained.

Photo e-mail uploads the pictures to a server allowing the recipient to view in a slideshow, download all pictures and/or save individual pics.

Unlike the isp mail server which has limits on message and attachment size, a Photo email message only includes thumbnails and links thus allowing one to send an email without the isp size constraint on message or attachment size. One can create a Photo email and upload up to 200 photos(50MB max each) to a SkyDrive, once uploaded the message(with thumbnails and links) is sent. The recipient upon receipt of the email can view the thumbnails, the entire album/pictures in their browser and via their browser download all as a zip file, save individually, or even order prints.
