HIP Challenge - microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

Hi Every few weeks my Blackberry suddenly stops sending emails. I have to wait until I get home, sign into WLM on my laptop, send an email and complete the HIP challenge. Instantly my BB allows me to send email again. I understand it's to do with security however, it means my BB is pretty useless to me, without warning, until i can get home. Can this security 'feature' be disabled on my account please? Thanks.
