Hi
Every few weeks my Blackberry suddenly stops sending emails. I have to wait
until I get home, sign into WLM on my laptop, send an email and complete the
HIP challenge. Instantly my BB allows me to send email again.
I understand it's to do with security however, it means my BB is pretty
useless to me, without warning, until i can get home.
Can this security 'feature' be disabled on my account please?
Thanks.

The newsgroup to which you posted is dedicated to supporting the=20
Windows Live Mail program. Issues concerning a Hotmail/Live account
should be handled here:

If you are unhappy with Hotmail, try another mail provider.

The HIP challenge is not a configurable option, is not related to WLM.=20
It is related to a Live ID Hotmail type account(hotmail.com, live.com, =
msn.com or other associated country specific domains of the same form, =
e.g. live.ca)
HIP is a random check to confirm that your account is valid and used to =
fight junk mail. =20
A random check would not be what you are experiencing. It is possible =
your email address is on a list thereby being targeted for increased HIP =
challenges.
For Microsoft or Live to address your issue, sign on to the Windows Live =
Solution Center(WLSC), start a new thread and request help in the =
Windows Live ID forum
http://windowslivehelp.com/forums.aspx?productid=3D10
You most likely will have to post your email address(the system will =
hide it from public view after submitting doing so) for someone to look =
at your account.
