While trying to install a new printer/scanner i had to establish a email
account thru LIVE for my wife. I forgot her password so i tried to reset it.
I got the msg. acct. doesn't exist. i went back to set up a new acct. it said
it was available. Is there a way to delete this acct. & start over?
