Same thing here worked fine last 2 months and all of a sudden it stopped 
working. I was able to go to new Motzarella news group and it worked fine.

I don't think 202.177.16.121 (which Lookup says is
202-177-16-121.kddi.net.hk) is a legitimate NNTP server.

Been using that news group for some time. Always worked fine including the 
other day and then out of the blue it suddenly stopped working.

My guess would be, based on the format of the host name, that some ordinary
ISP customer set up a personal NNTP server, and has now stopped running it,
or cut off public access.
