Can I retrieve deleted storage folders
Can I retrieve deleted storage folders, before closing the window of course.
I am thinking of the " Reopen closed tap" action on windows 8.

Your deleted storage folders should be in the "Deleted items" folder within
"Storage folders" if you haven't emptied the Deleted items folder.
Just move (or drag) them from "Deleted items" to where you want it to be.

As noted in another post..
As long as the deleted folders are present in the Storage =
folders/Deleted items recovery of folder content should be possible.
If the folders and messages are intact in the Storage folders/Deleted =
items folder, then to recover.
1. Create a new folder in the Storage folders(same name or other name)
2. Click on the Deleted Items folder and expand the subfolders to show =
the messages
3. Select the messages, right click and select Copy(not Move) and copy =
to the new folder
If the Storage folders/Deleted items does not contain the deleted folder =
and messages, they are most likely gone...though as a last=20
resort try to view that folder in Windows Explorer and look for =
numerical named files with an *.eml extension. If you do find=20
files, copy them to a newly created folder on your desktop, open the new =
desktop folder and drag/drop all messages back into a=20
newly created folder in WLM' Storage folders. (See notes below)
- Note:
1. do not delay using the drag and drop method if messages are present =
when viewed in Windows Explorer, since a WLM indexing may=20
wipe them out.
2. In some cases, WLM leaves orphans in Windows Explorer folders even =
after an index thus the numerical named messages you may find=20
when viewing in Windows Explorer may not be those messages you wish to =
recover(i.e. they could be older)
Good luck!

One of the less common deletion methods moves them to
the Recycle Bin folder (outside Windows Live Mail)
instead of the Deleted Items folder (inside Windows Live
Mail), so check there if necessary before you give up.
