MSDTC - SQL server 2008 - Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

Hi,

I have a db in SQL2005, on a Windows Server 2003 R2 (SP2), wich uses MSDTC 
perfectly.

Now, we moved the same db to SQL2008 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, 
and configured MSDTC just like on the other machine, and isn´t working.

Is there any issue with this OS or SQL version?

Any ideas?
