SSRS 2005 migration to sharepoint MOSS 2007 & SSRS 2008

Hi Folks,

We are using sql server 2005 reporting services using native mode from past
2 years.
we have 100 reports got deployed and users are using them using SSRS 2005
report URL.
we have different folders, datasources, permissions configured on this report
url.

Now our company deployed MOSS 2007 and my manager want to migrate all those
reports to that sharepoint site.
New report server will be using SSRS 2008 and corresponding databases also
will be in sql 2008.

when you change reporting services native mode to sharepoint integration
mode it creates new report server database right? In that case how we can copy
all existing reports, permissions, folders, data sources to new sharepoint
reportserver database?

Is there any utility available for this kind of migration?
Is there any microsoft documented procedural steps for this?

Please help.

I am not aware of any tool for this. I think you will need to create the
directory structure and rights in MOSS. Then deploy the report. I.e. create
a new 2008 integrated with MOSS. Configure the directories in MOSS. Copy
your projects to new projects and open one by one the reports so they are
converted to 2008 format (open, save). Although not strictly required I
think it is safest thing to do. Then deploy reports.
