what do you mean by 'starts' in CompanyWeb?
SBS2008 ships with WSS 3.0 configured/tuned as a 'CompanyWeb' SharePoint
Site. So, unless you have reason to create a new SharePoint instance, I'd
suggest using that one. If it is about the name/URL, and you want to go to
http://sharepoint instead of http://companyweb, this is accomplished easily
by:
1. Creating an A record in DNS for 'sharepoint' to the Servers IP
2. "extend" the Companyweb application to listen on TCP80 but with a
hostheader of 'sharepoint' - you do this by going into Central
Administration, Application Management and then choosing 'Extend a Windows
Application'
If you are using SBS 2003 and wish to use a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
site on that server (Companyweb is based on WSS 2.0), I'd suggest (unless you
have data, etc, in companyweb you wish to keep), removing CompanyWeb and then
installing WSS 3.0
Hope that helps.

Kees,
I assume you're referring to the SBS configuration web app?
If you want to install SharePoint v3 (WSS or server) on SBS you will
need to do a side by side install to not lose the cofiguration web app.
Have a look at this guide:
