I want to change the date range on my publisher calendar to the next year,
however; the days I have marked as special days, i.e. Grandkids birthdays,
4th, of July, these are all lost when you change the date range. Do you know
how to make those special days carry over once the date range has been
changed to the new year?

I always use text boxes for holidays and special days. After the date range
change it is simple to re-position the text boxes. I know this isn't any help.
Calendars are simple tables, easy to tab through to change the date. High-light
your text, drag to the preferred date.
