setup parallel tasks in project easy way

Hi i have a scenario where my task keeps messing up when i try to setup as 
below can some one help easily set this up in project 2007

4 employee.
3 projects running simulteniously 
Project 1 = 40hr
project 2 = 90hr
project 3 = 150hr

I wants all 4 employees to 
work every day 2 hr on project 1
work every day 2 hr on project 2 
work every day 3 hr on project 3 

I wants to quickly set this up how can i do that...
my environment is :
Project professional 2007
Project web acces 
Project server 2007

If you need more specific advice, please repost to the server newsgroup.  
This newsgroup is for the desktop verions (Proj Prof and Proj Std).

All you need to do is allocate the resources properly.  2 hours/day is 
2/8=25%, 3 hours per day is 3/8=37.5%. Use these assignment units, and let 
the duration land where it may.

You may wish to make the tasks Effort Driven = False (unchecked). In the 
desktop version of Project, when Effort Driven is off, adding resources also 
adds total work to the task.  If you are Effort Driven, then adding 
additional resources will decrease duration holding total work constant and 
resouce assignement units% constant as well (for fixed units tasks).
