Could you please describe what kind of changed you want Project highlights?
Project 2007 introduces the Change Highlighting feature; when you make a
change to
timing information in a project, Project highlights all tasks in your
project that are
affected by the change you made.

Hi,
(Project 2007 only)
In Format, Text Styles, Item to change, select "Changed cells"
You can then change the backgropund color.

1. From the menu select Format-->Text Styles
2. In "Items to Change" select "Changed Cells" (last option)
3. Set the format you want...
