Hi
Certain tasks in a project (project tracking) will be from the beginning of
the prokject to the end of the project (a single task). If a resource
allocated to this task is assigned to some other tasks there will be
overallocation.
I have corrected this problem by allocating 10% for the project tracking
task and 90% for other tasks.
Is there any other way to solve this problem?
Thanks,
Manu

Yes, but your solution is best. If you resource assignments are not
accurate, you don't get a meaningful picture of what your resource needs
are.
