How to clear Remaining work for Inactive Resources in Project 2003

  • Follow

Hello,
We are using Project Server 2003. Is there any easier way to clear Remaining
work for Inactive Resources other than going to each project and zeroing the
remaing work...may be from backend or pds calls?

Please suggest.

Hi,

No. You might be able to do something with PDS but that would take longer
than doing it manually and PDS doesn't work for Project Server 2007 onwards
so waste of time. I would email all project managers and tell them to zero
out remaining work for these resources. They are also the ones who will need
to re-allocate the work to someone else.
