Hi there.

I just created a new project plan for Disney CP 2010 Focal Planning OGS 
using the template I retrieved from EPM this morning.  I saved and published 
it.  Now I’m trying to create a baseline for it but I keep getting the 
following message:

"Cannot Clear or Save Baseline.  You do not have the adequate permission to 
clear or save baselines to baselines 0-5."

It did let me create a Baseline 6 but I could not create Baselines 0-5.  

Please advise.

0-5 is protected baseline. Looks like you only have access to unprotected 
baseline. Please contact your EPM administrator if you need access to 
protected baseline.

By default, members of the Project Managers group are allowed to save a 
Protected Baseline in the Baseline and Baseline 1-5 sets of fields. The 
warning message you have received indicates your Project Server 
administrator has changed the default permissions for one of the security 
Groups to which you belong.  As Gaurav correctly stated, you need to contact 
your Project Server administrator immediately to determine why project 
managers are not allowed to save a Baseline in their projects.  Hope this 
helps.
