Is there a way to default "Keep source formatting" in the Reuse Slides dialog 
to checked?  Every time I browse for a different file, it gets unchecked.  In 
PPT 2003, once I checked it in the Insert Slides from Files dialog, it would 
stay checked until I exited the dialog.  I insert a lot of slides from other 
files and having to remember to change the checkbox every time is 
time-consuming.
