How to resent Fonts in Outlook 2007?

I was transferring new fonts to my Win 7 font folder, and in the process I somehow changed some of the default fonts in my Outlook (so far nothing else seems affected). I've tried changing the fonts through Tools>Options but that's not fixing the issue. The issue is that some, not all, incoming emails arrive with a font style and size that are impossible to read without doing a reply and changing the font. Any suggestions?

Unable to shrink my logo for signatures.

Hello Everyone, Currently I am using Office 2007 with Outlook. Usually all my work e-mail have a signature at the end which includes a logo. Previously I set up the company logo to the size of 667 x 177 as a JPG file. Include it into the signatures through the tools, options, Signatures and Stationery and the JPEG file appear nice and snug with the rest of the text I include. Apparently a client of mine has some sort of background stationery on his e-mails and when I reply with my signature I see a white box with my logo in it against his background... Okay not a proble

email downloads require right click to download pictures

I know the saftey precautions that Outlook (2003) has concerning the downloading of pictures (right-click to download pictures) Also know how to set the options under security. My problem is that if I decide to right click and download the pictures, it does not always work unless I close he first try then right open the email a 2nd time and ths time the pctures will download. W2k sp4 with Office2k on desktop system. I was getting ready to shut-down last nite when I got: "MAPISP32.exe genned errors ..." Outlook had been loaded all day. telling outlook not to download email from account

is there a way in outlook express to tell it not to download mail from a particular account? In wndows mail its simply a check under do not include .... but I can't for the life of me find it in Microsofts Outlook Express??

Outlook 7 display all tasks including repeated

In Outlook 7 tasks when you have a repeated task only the next task is diplayed. How do I change that so all tasks are displayed. For example if I have a task repeated every week and I look three weeks ahead to see what tasks are scheduled for that day it is not indicated. -- John07726

Outlook 2007 & IMAP

I've added an IMAP account to my Outlook 2007 (in addition to my main Exchange account). Right now, all incoming mail is in the Inbox. All sent mail is in the Inbox. And deleted messages don't get deleted... they stay in the Inbox with a line through them. I'd like to have sent messages go to a Sent folder, and deleted messages go to a Deleted folder. Outlook 2007 frequent "not responding" caused by preview pane?!

I have a problem with outlook 2007 (on Windows 7) frequently hanging for a few (say, 10) seconds at a time. After a lot of mucking around, I've isolated this problem to the preview pane ie it doesn't happen when I have the preview pane off. Anyone else had a similar problem and solved it? I'd prefer to use the preview pane!

Corrupt Calendar

Hi all. I did a search, but only found a post from 2002. Since I'm using Outlook 2007, figured I should post. Outlook opens ok. Had to use an old .pst file though, as my current one wouldn't allow Outlook to open. Oh, and I did a repair on my Microsoft office too. Inbox, Tasks and Contacts now works, but if I try to open the calendar, the hour glass doesn't go away, and I get a message saying the "not responding." So, does anyone know of a fix. btw, my phone uses ActiveSync 4.5 with Office Mobile 6.5 for synchronizing the calendar, but it is no longer synching. Any help w

Hi, I need to be able to save ms outlook emails to a separate document management system. deleted/lost folders

I had my email set up for one exchange acct, and two Pop 3s. I went under email accounts, removed the exchange one, and messed everything up! Every thing left, all I have is some archive folders with sent mail. I can send mail, and received it, but can't go to sent mail, as it is old archived from the deleted exchange account. I clicked on "new data file", got a Personal Folders, .pst, can see it in the nagivation pane, but nothing goes into it. Check Names Will Not Let Me Send Email

Hello, I am trying to send an email. I have entered an email address in the to section that I do not want to save to my contacts file. Outlook will not let me send unless I do. This was not happening before last week when my computer crashed and was fixed. How do I get Outlook to let me send my email without saving the contact? Outlook on a home network

This should be easy but I have been unable to find the answer here or through Google. I know I can have Outlook on two PCs but am uncertain about the 'stand-alone' option or 'multi-user. I have 2 PCs in my home and want Outlook on both. It appears I can buy an additional Outlook program and install it on my 2nd PC cheaper than buying a multi-user license. Is this accurate? Is there an easy way to sync the data between the two PCs over my network? I can find a number of apps/add-ons that claim the ability to do this but I am unable to find any unbiased comparisons.

Morning, I have 2 mailboxes open in outlook 2007 sp2 mine and another users and when i try to search on items in the inbox of the second mailbox i get "Outlook can not display this view. Unknown Error" i am able to search items in the deleted items and sent items only and not the inbox. I have uninstalled office and reinstalled it with only SP1 and it worked, i was able to add the second mailbox and search for items in the inbox.
