Sort address list when sending mail

  • Follow

When I hit the send key then to to: button I get the address list . . . so
far, so good. My problem is that it is sorted by first name. When I look
at contacts it is sorted by last name. Is there a way to get the address
window to be sorted the same way?

Thanks,

Rick Morrison

Yes, you can do this in the Outlook Address Book options within your Account
Settings.

Thanks, I tried following the steps in the message but I everything still
shows up sorted by the first name. I'm using Outlook 2007. Thanks, Rick
