I created a new case in MSCRM 1.2 and the workflow sent out and email to the
client, however when they replied to the email this came back into my normal
inbox and was not added to the case activity. The email router is installed
and the email that came in had the CRM GUID in the subjecty. Can someone
point me in the right direction, as I understood the CRM router will check
the GUID in the subject and add this a activity against the relevant item.

firstname.lastname@example.org so eveything goes to that but then if i just give my
name like email@example.com i want it to go to a folder on the same outlook

I have just had Charter internet installed at our house today. I have
entered all of Charter's fairly simple settings (ports 110/25, no encryption,
no authentication). Every time I run the 'Test Account Settings' I get the
Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP)

You can do it within Exchange using an event sink, but
generally it's considered easier and also more reliable
to get something like www.exclaimer.co.uk to do it for

Some time ago there used to be some standard that if your
email address was email@example.com, you could give out your address as
firstname.lastname@example.org and when your email arrived it went into a folder named
"c". In effect, anything after the "+" was like a comment. I thought
it was a cool feature at the time, but I could nto get it to work. I
think this would be a great feature to help us tame email, no?

We are having trouble installing the CRM 3 client on PCs since updating to
Office Service Pack 2. It basically doesn’t accept that the .NET framework
is installed. We have tried with version 1.1 and it says it needs at least
1.1.4, so I upgraded it to .NET 2.0 and it still fails

common situations my clients face. Is there a way I can create placeholders
for my documents using Microsoft Word 2007 so that I can simply type in, say
a company name or a date and have it automatically generated in all the

For some reason, when I click on my individual emails in
Outlook express, the email is minimized and appears at the
bottom of my screen. I then have to manually maximize each
email in order to read it. How can I set it up to always
open my emails in a maximized fashion? (It used to do
this, but for some reason they are now all minimized.)

We tried to email a newsletter created in Microsoft Word to 4000+
recipients. The size of the document we sent was 350K. When the email
actually went out, it had grown to 1MB, both in the Sent Items folder, and
in the recipients' folders.

massive size, and about half of the emails were returned, likely due to size

So I had a single Exchange 2000 server. I Installed a new
Exchange 2003 server into the existing Exchange
organization. I transferred all the accounts from the
Exchange 2000 mailstore to the Exchange 2003 mailstore. I
made the Exchange 2003 server the routing master and the
Recipient update master. And then I deleted the Exchange
2000 server from the routing group in System Manager.

I have a time tracking database with a switchboard that has cboTech listing
all tech names that when one is selected it will show list box of repair
jobs, list box of fab jobs and a combo box on the main switchboard that lists
all jobs so they can select one to work on that doesn't appear in their
lists. When they select one of these jobs a "timeform" opens to enter stop
and start times and other info.
Sometimes, they forget to log off one job before starting another and I have

Am using Outlook 2007. I have two email accounts I check when I open
Outlook, A and B. I always receive email for 'A'. when I send an email from
A to B, I receive it OK in the inbox. It used to work fine.........

I would first like to apologize if this has been asked before. I have
seen some topic similar, but none the same. I am using Outlook 2003,
and every morning I send the same email (with an Excel spreadsheet) to
one person, CC'd to 3 other people. The Excel sheet never changes,
neither do the recipients. Is there a way to set this up to
automatically send this email every morning, Monday thru Friday?

Very strange situation:
The user cc's his asst and sends an email. The recipient
receives it, and replys using "reply to all". The asst
receives the reply, but the user never sees the reply. It
is nowhere in the users Outlook. It was addressed to both
correctly, and I have checked out all the obvious things
that it could be. It was a very important business email
and I am at a loss as to what to tell the user.

I recently upgraded from GP 9.0 to GP 10.0. When upgrading all of our data
was converted successfully but for some reason my segments are missing. They
are now just called segment 1, 2, 3 , 4 and used to be called Location,
Discipline, Account, and Sub-Account. I need these descriptions in order for
the system to correctly run my profit and loss statment. When I look at my
balance sheet it is correct except for the profit/loss from the profit and
loss statement. Is there something I can do to correct this? All my data is
there as I have looked at numerous accounts and all of the history...Missing message body's

message body's in a few mails which are marked as unread. These emails have
been moved bij a rule to a subfolder and now it's impossible to download the
full content. Other mail is not affected.
I've tried to mark for downloading etc. but nothing works.
