Office v.X or Office 2004 for Mac
I just started thinking about installing Office because Appleworks
doesn't always seem to be able to translate certain Office documents. I
have tried Open Office for Mac but I'm not impressed. I would probably
buy a CD on eBay. If all I am expecting to do is use the
wordprocessing and spreadsheet applications is there any real advantage
to choose Office 2004 rather than Office v.X? I have a G4 running

Whenever emails are sent out from CRM using a Quick Campaign, they stay in
the "Pending Send" state forever. In the past, we've been able to solve this
simply by restarting the email router service, but as of a month ago that's
not working anymore. We have 2 exchange servers in a cluster, and I've tried
both... no luck. There are no errors in the event log on either the Exchange
server or the CRM server.

2. Does Send Email work for that user?

I recently did my first newsletter for our business using Publisher and when
I went to use the e-mail option I entered my Outlook setting incorrectly. Can
someone tell me how to go in and change those settings? I have not been
successful in finding the answer on my own! Thanks!

Is there a way to secure Outlook 2003 when you have to
step away from your computer?
Use a password protected screen-saver. Other than that, you would have to
set a password on Outlook and close it each time you left the computer -
pretty impractical. A Password protected screensaver is a lot more secure.
Of course, if someone rebooted your computer and you have it automatically
log on, the screensaver is not of much use.
