some important mails are going in the junks. when i turn off filtering they 
come in inbox on next sending. but the junk folder is not appereaing in the 
tabs

Can you see it in Folder list (Ctrl+6)?  Try closing outlook and restarting 
it, using the /resetfolders switch.
