how to set up automatic copy for email i send to another account

My account manager always forget to copy me when he sends an email from 
outlook 2007, How can i set outlook to auto copy me when he send an email?

He can configure a rule in Outlook to send each outgoing message as a CC to 
you.
Tools-> Rules and Alerts...

To do this as a BCC see;
