I just created a contact with three e-mail addresses defined.
I clicked new message
I clicked "To:"
I see this contact listed three times.

test1 test1@example.com
test2 test2@example.com
test3 test3@example.com

I can select the correct e-mail addresses this way by double-clicking
each entry.

You won't see these choices if you use the autocomplete feature.
If autocomplete entry does not exist, Outlook prompts me to choose from
all 3 addreses for the contact.

Click the To: button to select additional e-mail addresses for that contact.
