Hello,
I accidentally did a shift delete on one of my folders as it was highlighted 
instead of the e-mail I wanted to delete.  Is there any way I can retrieve 
this??

Depends on your account type.
If it is an Exchange account, then your could use Tools-> Recover Deleted 
Items...

Otherwise, the easiest method to restore this folder would be from backup.
As a last resort, you could try;

Note that this solution will only work when you connect to Exchange and 
you'll have to apply this registry change before any item gets hard deleted. 
It will not help you afterwards.
