Auto Complete list has been deleted somehow anyone know how to fix??

I have hundreds of emails in auto complete and today when I tried to use it they were all gone. This happened to me about 3 years ago and I never was able to find out why.

Can anyone help me please..

The autocomplete cache is in the nickname file (.nk2).  Do you still have a
..nk2 file?  If it is gone or corrupted, restore it from your backups.

If you want to remember someone, don't leave them in a cache file.  Put them
in a contacts folder.  Doesn't have to be the main Contacts folder.  You can
create more contact-type folders to organize them however you want.  Just
remember to right-click on the new contact-type folder and enable their
inclusion in the Outlook Address Book.

Considering the webnews-for-boobs gateway to Usenet that the OP is using at
a leech site, I'm not sure such users even have the opportunity to specify
multiple newsgroups.  They are using a forum UI, not a newsreader.  Such
gateways are NOT designed to submit properly formatted Usenet posts.  Forums
are disconnected from each other so specifying multiples of them (to
effectively cross-post in Usenet) is not an option.

Which of course is why we advise posters to grow up and learn how to use 
newsgroups.
