Email font size - Asian text font & font (Outlook 2007)
Can i set different font size for "Asian test font" and "Font" respectively
for new mail messages?
I guess the size and font style controls both Asian text font and font under
"Lartin text".
And usually font size 11 is my favourite size for English, and I like
smaller size for Asian text font in new messages without any additional
setting, not sure who can help...

Some emails do not pop from my gmail account
I am using Total Access Emailer to send email messages. It uses a local smtp
server on my computer. I am sending test messages to my gmail accounts, some
of the mails are then being pop'd to my outlook 2007, but others are not.
For example,
I sent 3 examples of one mail & report - all 3 arrived in my gmail webmail
account, and all 3 pop'd to outlook
I then sent 3 examples of another report - all 3 arrived in my gmail webmail
account, only 1 pop'd to outlook
I then sent 3 examples of the third report - all 3 arrived in my gmail
webmail account, non pop'd to outlook

I see red Xs in the message body when I view or open a message.
I can't choose to download the blocked images or other content, I didn't see
the InfoBar at the top of the message or right click the blocked image to
download the pictures.
May I know how to see the content pictures?

Outlook 2007 Crashing during Send/Receive
Within the past few days, Outlook 2007 has started to crash during the
send/receive function. I have XP Professional 2002 SP 3 installed. Has
anyone else experiened this issue and any suggestions what I need to do to

Outlook 2003 - mailbox closed
I'm not very technical but can do the basics but I'm struggling to sort this
one out!
I kept my btconnect email account from a previous place of work which has an
office exchange which somehow still worked once I left the job until recently.
The System Administrator has closed my mailbox which is claimed to be now
over 60,000KB having exceeded my 40,000 limit.
In the past I have had warnings and have reduced the size of my inbox by
deleting or transferring emails to my personal or archive folders and then
emptied my deleted file to free up space which seemed to work OK.

Delay Delivery Option Problem
The email Delay Delivery option check box stays checked. I can uncheck it
and close; then I open options again and the box is still checked. It
defaults to 5:00 PM of the current day; but it still dosen't send even then.
I cannot send any email. Please help!

Restoring Archive.pst files
When I try to open my Archive.pst file thru File/Open/Outlook data file-
nothing opens. The archive file is only 165kb, but I know that the
autoarchive option stores the archive in this folder because I checked in
Options under tools and that is the destination source. When I manually
click "Autoarchive" I see files being transfered in the bottom right hand
side of the Microsoft Outlook screen. So the long and short of it is that I
know something is being archived and I need to restore it. Can anyone help
me?

Phantom message in outbox
My Outlook 2003 has developed a 'phantom' message in the outbox. Everytime I
try and send/receive messages or open Outlook or one of its windows it trys
to send this 'phantom' message. Otherwise the send/receive works OK. It is
most anoying as I have to wait until it goes through the hoops and comes up
with an error message. There is nothing in the outbox. I have tried
everything - cancel the send attempt, shut down Outlook, shut down computer
but it is still there. any suggestions?

Win7 - Outlook 2007 - Edited attachment not saved.
Hi,
My user has opened an attachment to make a change. But then they have
forgotten to save the document or email. From what I've been told they have
shutdown or logged out without saving.
The user who tells me that originally with MS XP & MS Outlook 2003 that they
were using. It would save the file in a temp folder that they could retrieve
it from.
Now we've upgraded them to Win7 + Outlook 2007. But they cannot retrieve or
find the file that wasn't saved.
Does anyone know with Win7 + Outlook 2007 in this case where or if the
unsaved file can be retrieved from?

Unread messages in Favorites Folder has disappeared. Help!
On the left side of my Outlook 2003 window there is a column with three
categories; Favorite Folders, All Mail Folders, and Current View.
In the Favorites folder, I USED to be able to view how many unread messages
that were placed in various folders in my inbox utilizing the “rules”
feature. This has disappeared. Can someone tell me how to get it back?

why do my .pdf and .doc email attachments arrive as winword
When I send out an email with a .pdf or .doc attachment to several people
there are always a few that receive the attachment as "winword" and are
unable to open it. When they send it back to me it comes back as I sent it
out.

2 Outlook 2007 email questions
1] Using Outlook 2007 with Vista 64. When I send emails, the status always
adds 4 messages to the number of messages I have in the Outbox. The
mysterious 4 never show up in my Sent Mail folder. What is this about? Is
something nefarious happing to my emails = or my computer?
2] Many of the emails I receive have the infamous red x in various places.
There is also a note that says I can get the actual pictures, or other
objects by clicking on the note. How can I make the default automatically
allow the pictures, objects, etc. to show?

Changing folders in Which Outgoing Emails are Saved Manually
I like to specify specific folders to save certain outgoing email messages.
The problem is that I have reorganized my folders in Outlook 2007. Now when
I click "Options" -> "Save Sent Item," it brings up folder options that no
longer exist. How can I remove nonexistent folders from this list so that I
can start from scratch with new folder names and locations?

Missing Folder in 2007
Have a client that has literally hundreds of folders and sub-folders and
sub-sub folders in Outlook. They accidentally dragged a folder into another
one and I'm just seeing if there is a simple way to find this folder without
have to search each folder until it's found.

Regarding MS Office 2003
I recenty filled up my hard drive and the system stopped. After deleting
some files I was able to run again. When I Open MyDocuments, no documents are
listed.
I knokw they are there because I can Open one by name. The listing of all
the documents is now gone.
How do I repair this?

archive.pst has reached it's maximum size ?
Hello,
I have auto archive running on clients outlook 2003. The path that I save
the archive.pst is on a server on my LAN, all of the users are local, so is
the 2003 exchange server.
I found an error that puzzles me --- one one users archive I found the
following error ---
error while archiving folder "inbox" "sent items" in store mailbox - ####
the file --- the \\\\\ (path to the server)\archive.pst has reached it's
maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this file, permanently delete
them.
Now --- here is the confusing part ----

Outlook time zones are wrong?
This seems too weird to be true, but here goes ... The time zones in Outlook
seem to be incorrect. For instance, it says that if it's 8:00 Pacific time,
it's 7:00 Arizona time. In reality, time zones always move one hour LATER as
you move from West to East. OK, AZ is a little weird because we don't
practice Daylight Savings Time. Still, right now if it's 3pm in CA, it's 4pm
in AZ -- but Outlook says it's 2pm in AZ.
This is all theoretical ... the actual problem is that when I re-installed
Outlook on a new PC, I chose the AZ time zone and all my appointments are an

Can't open or save HTML attachments
Hi
I have a user that when she receives an email with a generated HTML file,
she can't open or save the file. She can open or save any other type of file
attachment. She can open up other HTML files on her computer, and other HTML
files that are emailed to her, just not this generated HTML file. This just
started happening in the last couple of weeks. Before that, she was able to
open and save those same generated HTML files.
If the generated HTML file is sent to me, I can open or save it, no problems.

how can I choose which Exchange return address when I send?
esI have several SMTP address in my Exchange account. How can I choose one
other than the default when I send a message? My default address has
changed, but I need to send a reply to a service that demands the original

Adding Recurrence Field to Tasks
Using Outlook 2003
I have my list of tasks for my department grouped by category. The fields I
have visible are Subject, Status, Due Date & Start Date. I want to add a
column for "Recurrence." I want to be able to see if the recurrence is (for
example) monthly, weekly or annually. I don't need to know if it's the first
Monday of every month, just that it's monthly. I went into the field chooser
and I cannot find a field that would accomplish this. Can this be done? There
is a recurring field, but that just lets me know if the task IS recurring,
not when.

Font size when composing new message.....
Hi there,
I changed my font options in the Tools Menu and it does not seem to help.
When I am composing a new message, my font and signature , which includes a
business card, is huge!!!!
And also when I pick a theme for stationary that i had put on there, it is
huge too! You can't see it all!

Setting up MSN mail accounts
Running OL2007 under Vista Home Premium SP2.
I'm switching from four accounts with ATT (POP3) to four accounts with MSN
(MAPI). I will set the ATT accounts to forward to the MSN accounts after
the switchover.
I used Outlook Connector to set up the MSN accounts, and I was under the
impression that it would set up OL (it did) and would also do what's
necessary at MSN to set them up there (I'm not sure about that).
Did I skip any steps, or should I be ready to go?

How do I import an old oab file into my new Outlook?
Hi there,
I had a company laptop and upon leaving the company copied all my Outlook
items (pst files, oab etc).
Now I want to use/view them on my new laptop. It's the same Outlook 2007
system.
The pst files I can get in because they are password protected and I tried
pretty much all the passwords I used but it won't open them. So I guess those
I can trash...
But I was hoping to be able to retrieve at least my contacts! Alas, I can't...

Searching subfolders
Hello,
My email archive in Outlook 2007 is large and contains many folders and
subfolders. I would like to search a subset of these folders for messages
that are older than 2 years. I seem to be able to get the "advanced find"
feature to search either one folder or all folders (archived folders as well
as the current in-box) but not something in between. Is it possible to
search selected subfolders?

Replying with an alternate e-mail that uses the same gmail account
I work for several businesses and have multiple e-mail addresses that all
forward to my personal gmail account. I have dealt with incoming mail
forwarding to the proper folder depending on the e-mail address the sender
uses, but when I reply I either have to type the right address into the
"From" box (pain) or it shows up as coming from my gmail account even though
they sent it to one of my aliases.
Can I set up a rule that all replies to e-mails sent to an alias use the
same alias for the response? Ideally I'd like to be able to have an e-mail
conversation appear to the oth

Outlook 2007, new appointment for contact
In Outlook 2003 I used to be able to create an appointment in my calendar
from a contact. Now with Outlook 2007, my only option is to create a meeting
request from a contact and I have to have an email address to do it.

item whenever people register for a webinar or other activity through our

Fonts in Signature
Hello,
I am having trouble setting up a new signature. The picture (that includes
text) that I inserted looks fine. However, it won't take the font size and
color change that I have chosen as the default. When I create a new message,
the signature comes up properly, but the font remains the same everytime - 10
pt Black Arial.
I change all of this info seasonally, so I can't understand why it's not
working. Any suggestions?

Outlook XP Emails Get Stuck, Not Large PST Issue
As a network admin at our company I've ran across about 1-2 users per week
starting to have this problem, and the first one was reported about 5 weeks
ago, where they randomly cannot send emails in Outlook XP (w/ SP3). They may
have a few stuck in their outbox, and if you try to send them it just hangs
usually around 50% on trying to connect to SMTP on our mail server to send
it. If you close Outlook and reopen it fixes it for awhile then starts doing
it again. Another temp fix I found is if when it's happening if I go into
TOols->Account settings->Advanced and on the ports tab I

How can I send email to myself from Outlook to Outlook?
Outlook has stopped allowing me to send email to myself, and yes, I really
need to. It isn't sufficient to have it show up in my Sent folder. I use 3
different computers in 3 different locations, so I need my information to be
in my Inbox. This just started about two or three weeks ago; before that I

I have multiple email accounts and they are set up in outlook. The main inbox
only shows one of the accounts. I have to move down to the other accounts

upon deleting emails view is not refreshed
We have a sporadic issue that seems to effect the majority of our users
(all using Outlook 2007 sp2, but mixed between Exch 2003 and Exch 2007
mailbox servers).
When they go to delete items from their inbox, Outlook will
occassionally stop refreshing the view. For example when they highlight
a message and select "delete" (regardless of hitting the "del" key,
right-clicking and selecting Delete or pressing the "x" button) the
message remains highlighted until they change folders and return back to
the inbox (then the message or messages in question will be gone).

Search All Mail returns different results than normal search
Outlook 2007
The normal search searches only the folder you have higlighted. When I go to
"All Mail Items" at the top, and try to search there... it does not return
the same results as if I had searched each folder individually.
For example, I see an email in my inbox, and if I search only the inbox for
it, I find it. If I search "All Mail Items" with the same search criteria, it
doesn't find the email.

Outlooks 2003 connection probs w/ Exchange server 2003
Hello,
I need some assistance. I have researched and researched but can't get some
resolve on this problem.
I helped a business move office locations. The business had a Win 2003
server that is the company web server and Exchange 2003 server.
The network structure was a DSL internet connection, a Linux (generic)
firewall, the 2003 server and a few client PCs on the network.
In brief the move required a provider change so now the company is using a
cable provider for phone and INET. When we finally got online we had some
problems connecting.

Cannot delete emails the first time I try
We recently upgraded to Exchange 2010. Two users, both using fully updated
versions of Outlook 2003 are having errors when deleting emails from any
folder. You hit delete the first time and nothing happens. You hit delete a
second time and it deletes the email, but returns a box saying "unknown
error". I have recreated their profiles and have the same problem.

Changing the Startup Inbox
Currently when I start Outlook the focus is on the inbox that is in the
Personal Folders? I have two profiles: Hotmail (MAPI) and Gmail (Pop3). I
would like to have the starting inbox be the Hotmail but if MAPI can't be
done then Gmail would be ok. Its a bother to have to click on one of the
favorites because the focus is in the inbox in Personal Folders.

Rules in Outlook 2007 gone haywire!
Suddenly, this morning, all my Rules (and I have a lot) have lost the link to
the Specified Folder. I have a back up, and when I imported that they seemed
to be in place, but then they all went into error mode again with the
Specified Folder link disappeared.

How can I adjust email printing to include headers?
Some of my emails are printing without the headers of: From, Sent, To,
Subject. I have tried adjusting the margins (which are at 0.5). The are HTML
formated emails, and some of my emails are printing fine. I have also tried

How do I move current faulty pst to backup and set up a new pst?
Yesterday I had my laptop turn itself off, probably because of overheating.
When I started it again Outlook can read but not write to the outlook.pst
file. I've tried to run scanpst.exe but it freezes everything but the mouse
about 6% in to the first step scan and I have to cold boot the laptop. I've
tried copying outlook.pst to a different folder, a usb memory stick and via
LAN to another pc but no luck, the copy locks up and never finishes. I have
also run chkdsk several times and it recovered some misallocated sectors so
something did go wrong with the file system.

Rules And alerts does work after crash
I am SysAdmin in a company and a collegue has a crash in his machine. It
has 150 rules in the pst and he worked with POP3 account. Now I set up
with IMAP account after the import of the rules none of the rules was
play wright.
Does anyone now How I can fix this issue without to delete it all and
re -create????? Beacuse I allready did this and again the rules produce
error " The message could no be found. We work with KERIO Mail Server.
Any Ideas??????

Folder Icons
Hi,
I ahve a user who is a PA and has her managers mailbox as an attached
mailbox in her outlook profile.
The folder icons show with a small blue double header arrow in the bottom
left hand corner. The user is unable to rename any of these folder as they
revert back to their original names quite quickly.
I am assuming that this is a synchronised folder as she has the cached mode
active but I can't find anything to prove this.
Does any one know what this means or do they know of a link that shows what
they as I need to prove it. I ahve had a look around at most of the sites

CONTACT LIST STORE
My Contacts List (in Outlook) has names stored in Last Name, First Name order.
Is it possible to change this order for the whole list, without changing

Outlook Connector move to new pc
Hello
I've been using outlook connector for hotmail with outlook 2007, and now I
got a new PC and don't want to sync everything all over, OST file is 900MB so
that's a lot of download time
I configured my email again on the new PC and that created a new OST file
and the common sense to do is to replace the new file with my old one and
things should work, but that didn't happen
I know I can move all the emails to a PST and import that but then I'll end
up with duplicates since outlook connector will sync them again anyway
Is there any way to move an old OST file to a new PC and ca

image attachments
In Windows 7 when I send images as attachments the properties of the image
including the date originally created all change to the time of attaching to
the message. For record reasons I want the date cerated to remain "as is".
How do I achieve this? This didn't happen in XP....

Instructions don't work for bringing old .pst file into new laptop
The situation: motherboard on old laptop is blown. Removed hard drive and put
it in an enclosure to copy contents to new laptop. Reinstalled Office with no
problems.
Outlook actions taken: Closed Outlook. Copied three Personal Folders (.pst)
from old hard drive to new. In Outlook, I went to File>Open>Outlook Data File
and chose each of the three Personal Folders now saved to new hard drive. A
few "tasks" appeared, but no calendar appointments or contacts.
I saw some additional instructions to copy NK2 and VBA files to new drive,
but couldn't find either of these on old hard

Runtime Error when Receiving
For some reason, whenever I receive new messages in Outlook, it experiences a
runtime error and is forced to close. If I close it immediately, then when I
reopen it, it will re-receive those same messages, thus creating a duplicate
copy. However, if I wait several seconds before clicking the OK button on
the error alert pop-up, it will complete the full download of each message,
including running rules, and will not re-receive them after I restart it. It
seems that absent of clicking that OK button, it will keep functioning
(except that I can't click on Outlook until after I g

Sudden Increase in ol2003 shut down time
I am running ol2003 (SP3) and Win XP SP3. I have noticed a significant
increase in the amount of time it takes ol2003 to shut down; shut down
time went from a second or two to a full 10 seconds. This occurred
immediately after an op/sys update; so that is that is the likely cause.
I have been delaying this update for about two weeks and finally
decided to let it happen today.
Anyone else have similar problems in the last week or two? If so, did
you find a fix?

Security settings that prevent opening links in received emails?
When I lick on any linked item in a received email while viewing the email in
the preview or after opening the email, I receive a error message that says
"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator." Well, this is a home
PC running Windows XP 64-bit and Outlook 2007. I do use AVG for a
anti-virus, but the weird thing is that this changed over night without me
knowingly making any security changes. I wasn't even messing around with
settings. This just happened out of the blue.
Any ideas?

Automatic gif file attachments out of Outlook 2003
Why does Outlook 2003 create an automatic gif file of the entire outgoing
email (316 kb) which I cannot see to delete, but can be seen by the recipiant?

Outlook error message
Outlook 2007 error messages sending and receiving mail: (0x8007000E): Out
of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.
Nothing else is open or running. I have restarted, but still cannot send or
receive messages in Outlook.

How do I unblock urls in emails?
I have a new computer with Windows 7, IE8 and Outlook 2007. I cannot open
any hyperlinks in email messages. The error is "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on the computer. Please contact you
system administrator" This system administrator has no clue. Per other
suggestions, I reset IE8, made it the default and made outlook 7 default.
This does not work. I would rather not mess with registrys unless I have a
detailed (i mean detailed) procedure to follow. HELP!

Lost Outlook
I have used MS Office Professional 2007 since it came out. Never had any
problems with it until this past November. I installed the MS automatic
updates and ever since then my Outlook has been acting funny. Husband
restored my computer to before the updates were installed and Outlook was
working normal again. Updates were downloaded and installed again
(automatically) and every time I tried to use Outlook it would start the
install process. I could click on cancel and my emails would download. It was
a pain when I had lots of emails to download or I didn't hit cancel soon

I am on Windows 7 and Outlook 2007. Word can't find the email envelope to
build the message to send an email using Outlook. I could do this fine in
Outlook Express under XP and Word 2003. My upgrade has created problems. Any

My email is all going to the same folder. How do i fix this please
I have mutiple email accounts, live plus for personal, and others for my
business. I installed win 7 and did a back up. This did not work properly.
Even went as far deleting accounts uninstalling office and starting from
scratch. As soon as i open outlook the folder is still there, with the wrong
name. .

Truncation on left margin when printinh html from outlook
Using Outlook 2003 with IE 8.0, when we print an HTML form the right 1/2 inch
or so is truncated on page 1 only. I have tried to modify the printer
settings in IE and outlook (I think outlook brings up a dialogue box that
edits the IE print settings). Also, i tried to find where i could change the
message headers (from:; re:; etc.) but i cannot find where to do that. It
seems to me that the re: line in the outlook header must be sending something
that is setting the right margin which gets cleared by the page feed.

Outlook 2003 profile problem - Error Message.
I wanted to check my Outlook 2003 profile, but when I try to open the Mail
icon in the Control Panel, I receive the following Error Message - "The list
of profiles could not be loaded. An unexpected error has occurred".

All E-main links "not responding"
I have been using Outlook 2003 for some time. No problems.
All of a sudden, today, when I click on a link in a received email, I
receive an hourglass and then after a few seconds, "not responding" and I
must ctrl-alt-del and mark the email, the link and outlook to "end task" in
the "task manager." After several "end task" tries, the program ends and I am
back to my home page.
I can not connect to ANY links from Outlook.
I talked with ISP (Windstream.net) (DSL) and when I connected to my email at
their web site, the link worked.
HELP! HELP! HELP! PLEASE!

Outlook Options Window
Recently my Outlook 2007 Options window has encountered a problem where
the text and the function inside the window are too large and expand too
far to the right of the window and I can select anything beyond that.
Almost as if the window has an extended desktop somehow. How do I get
the font and the sizing back to fit in the original options window? This
is happening in other windows associated with Outlook.

Backup
Hello,
I've been using the backup program on Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 for a
number of years. It's installed on about 15 computer in this office. I have
an issue with the backup program on one computer. When I open up the backup
program under files, it opens with a box and one of the buttons is options.
When I click on options, no folders are listed in which to backup, even
though there are archive and outlook pst files on the c drive and in the
backup folder we created.
Any ideas?

Adobe PDF Mail Merge Creates winmail.dat Instead of Attachment
This has been discussed in other threads, but I haven't found an answer to
this problem. In reality I don't know which application is to blame, but the
fingers keep pointing at Outlook.
I'm using Word 2007 to do a mail merge using Adobe Acrobat Pro V9. I have
Outlook configured as the default mail program. The generated PDF is
attached to en e-mail and gets delivered without problems. If I read the
e-mail using Outlook or Gmail (the only ones that I've tried), the attachment
appears and can be displayed without issues. If I read the e-mail using a
program such as Mozilla

Outlook 2003 Locks/Crashes attaching file: Fault Bucket
I have a user running Windows XP Pro SP3 (Fully patched) and Outlook 2003 SP3
(Fully patched) that's having a problem where anytime he goes to attach a
file (regardless of file type, size, etc.), Outlook locks up, at which point,
regardless of how long I sit and wait, I end up needing to kill Outlook.exe
AND Explorer.exe via task manager, then restarting Explorer.exe for the
machine to resume normal operation. The users mailbox is connecting to an
Exchange 2003 server.
I have the following events in my Application Log everytime this occurs....

Cursor jumping
I'm having a really crazy problem with my cursor. While I'm typing it will
frequently jump to another portion of text. I'm wondering if it has to do
with a margin that is set that I'm unaware of. How can I change my right
margin? This happens in Outlook as well as Word. Any other suggestions?

How to prevent breaks in sentences within a paragraph when email
When I type a paragraph within an email, it looks great, even after I've
added words to the sentence, or changed the sentence structure. Then I send
the email, and sometimes send it to myself, but the sentences and paragraph
are chopped up, and the idea doesn't "flow" like I wanted it to. Any
suggestions on how I can keep the sentences together so they make more sense?
I have looked at every option in "Tools", but haven't found a solution.

how do I cancel an outgoing message, I have tried everything,
I tried e-mailing myself a short video last night, and it's still trying to
send. I have re-booted, deleted the video, tried to delete the outgoing
message, did the "repair" for microsoft office and nothing works. It's still
sitting in my outbox trying to send! Help!

this is not a .pst export question. My business partner doesn't save many
actual contacts and asked that I find a way to export the drop down history
list from his To: and CC: field from his desktop running Outlook 2003. What
file is that data stored in? Any ideas?

I can only print e-mails in memo (landscape) format in Outlook 2007. Is
there a way to change this to table (portrait) as a default? I have checked

View HTML email - Outlook 2003 - Have IE 8 - left margin cuts off
I recently deployed a brand new computer to one of our end-users. I installed
IE 8 and Outlook 2003 on this computer. All seemed fine for a few days, but
all of a sudden, when she views an email that shows it is an HTML document,
the left margin is cut off slightly. Not only does this occur for the View
but also the Print function.
I have spent approximately 2 hours reading other's postings and researched
via other search engines. I have tried the margin setting w/in IE; opened the
culprit email and then reset IE margins, tried Rich Text vs. HTML, etc. I

Reading pane changes most messages to plaintext
I have a new desktop computer with Office 2007. Now when I received a new
message that is html or rtf, outlook most of the time changes the message to
plain text but not always. I also have outlook 2007 on my laptop and it
never changes the messages to plaintext. I can not find any settings in
outlook to set this and it has become very frustrating because I can't read
the emails properly because the formatting gets all whacky. How can I change
outlook to always show the emails the way the sender sent it?

How Do You Change Defaults In Contact Entry Form?
I am new to Outlook 2007 and want to use it in a more personal setting.
The contact entry form defaults to business information, and it is a very tedious process to contiunally change the type and order of telephones addresses, etc. from "Busines . . " to "Home . . ."
Is there a way to change the default selections with in the Contact form?

Sometimes when i reive a reschudeled calendar appointment and try to open it
, there is a messagebox displaying

You do not have to respond because you are the organizer of this appointment.
This is strange, because I am certainly not the organizer of this meeting!

Outlook Connector Problems
Outlook 2010 runs fine (except for Hotmail). I installed the Outlook Hotmail
connector and the program opened the first time normally and all mail was
accessed. The subsequent attempts at getting mail resulted in the receiving
function hanging up on the first account. After shutting down the program,
it will not restart until the Outlook connector is uninstalled and Outlook
rebooted. I have gone through this sequence many times including
uninstalling Office 2010 and staring over.
If this is not the forum to post this bug, please tell me where I can.

Errors - Outlook 2007 Professional with Windows 7 Ultimate
I get the following problems in Outlook 2007 Professional new installation
with Windows 7 ultimate O/S -
1) When I try to import a Personal folder from another .pst file of same
Outlook 2007 version it gives me an error "The Messaging interface has
returned an unknown error. If the problem persists restart Outlook". This
error never goes off even after restart.
2) Trying to add new Outlook data file through Data File Management after
selecting type of storage for new outlook data file as Office Outlook

I've done all the compacting,deleting etc- I don't really have the time to sift through thousand of mails -can I back up & delete certain folders or can I only back up the complete personal folders?

Print a listing of e-mails marked for follow up
I would like to print a list of all e-mails that I have flagged for follow
up. At the moment the closest I can get is a screen shot of the Outlook
panel. Is there a smarter way of doing this ?
