How do I send an email to a contact group in Outlook 2010?
I can only find "New Group"in the tool bar

Outlook doesn't use "groups" to send to multiple contacts. Either use
Distribution lists, or better, use a Category.

Actually, Outlook 2010 has muddied the waters greatly. It now uses the term 
"group" just to confuse us.
Original Poster still needs to clarify what he means by "group."
