We have contacts in both English and Chinese, usually we will have the index 
in contacts from 123, a, b, c ..... now it show all in Chinese. How can I fix 
it. Thx! 

You only have 1 index column? Is anything else in Chinese?

If you have two, click on the little globe at the bottom of the index and 
turn the second off.
