Import or link to access db
Hi,
I've tried posting this query before - but can't find it in the forum. So
here goes again.
We have Outlook 2007 and on that a shared folder for contacts (with Exchange
server). We also have a list of contacts in Access (2003) - Ideally we would
like these linked to Outlook.
I understand from other posts that the link wizard is not ideal. Being a
sunsidiary company it is a difficult and arduous process getting approval for
new software - otherwise we'd get something like ContactGenie.
My programming skills are limited so any advice is welcome.
Is there perhaps a way of auto

Address Book Issues
When I click "To" I do not see my contacts like I used to.
I right clicked on contacts, properties and the box all of the forums said
to check was greyed out.
Following another lead I went to Toos, Account Settings, Address Books and
attempted to "remove" the "Outlook address book" to add it again. However,
"remove" is greyed out and not an option. The only option I see is to "add a
mobile address book". However even then I cannot delete the Outlook address
book.
I always use this to select certain individuals and now this is becoming a
pain. Any help?

From a contact view, outlook should be able to print an envelope or even
start a business letter to that contact, especially if you have MS Word also.

Create a Distribution List from Excel
Hi.
I have found lots of instructions online to create a distribution list from
an Excel/CSV contacts list. However, all of them seem to involve importing
the data into a newly created contacts folder and then creating a
distribution list from there.
I have a number of contacts lists containing hundreds of rows each and was
wondering therefore if there is a way of cutting out the middle step and
importing them directly into a distribution list??
Thanks.

Hi,
we have created a shared folder for a set of contacts (Exchange server).
I want to set up all the activities linked to a contact. A typical use would

We are using Outlook 2007.
