I want to make an iCalendar event into a text link in an e-mail (so that I 
can include: "click here to add this event to your Outlook calendar") and 
have that statement do the same thing the iCalendar icon does. I know I've 
done this before, but I can't re-create it!  Help!

Save the ical and post it on a webserver then include a link to the file.
