how do i sort my 2003 outlook reminders chronoLOGICALLY?

My reminders are totally out of order. clicking "Due In" it doesn't resort. Anyway to put them in chronological order?

I keep getting content protection enabled on my calendar. help.

When I enter an appointment in my calendar it changes to "content protection enabled" and I can no longer read the appointment. How do it stop this?

Default Calendar

I need help! I am using one computer, with one Outlook account. However, my outlook has given me three different Outlook calendars. For example, my new calendar is my name with (2) after it. Hi - I have Windows XP running, and use Outlook as my email. I had previously entered a recurring weekly appointment but now want to delete it. When I click on the appointment to delete it, nothing happens - no delete. When I try and open the appointment now Outlook says "object not found". I followed some threads and tried running "outlook/cleanreminders" per one of the suggestions - and got the message "Windows cannot find 'outlook/cleanreminders'. I moved an email to my Calendar and set up a weekdays recurring Reminder at 1 pm. Now when I open the Reminder "this occurrence" the body of the Reminder message is blank - however when I open "the series", the body correctly contains the message that was in the email. I would like to see the Reminder message in "this occurrence ". Any help please?

Invitations Error

I have been trying to send out calendar invitations (which I have done everyday for years) and all of a sudden the past week I am getting this message... "to be able to send invitations you need to create an address card for yourself in address book" "iCal was unable to send the invitation" Please help. I use this everyday. Hello, I am trying to find out how I can view my calendar entries as a list. I would like to be able to filter this list by names of participants and names of the organizers.

Calendar problem

I have two computers running Outlook 2003 on stand alone desktops (no Exchange). On compter A, I made a backup copy of my Outlook .pst. I then imported this .pst into Outlook 2003 on computer B. I wanted to replace the out-of-date calendar data on B with the current data in calendar on A. It seemed to work but my default calendar now is labeled Calendar (2). And the calendar will no longer sync with my iPhone 3G via iTunes. Contacts and Notes still syncs fine. How can I restore my default calendar so it will sync again? Or do I need to reinstall Outlook to be able to sy

In MS Office Outlook, how do you push all calendar entries forward a week, starting from today forwards only; so that a week becomes clear. 99% of my calendar entries are recurring 4 weekly events, and I just need to free up a clear week. Do I REALLY have to open EVERY entry, end the recurrence for EACH one, then do a new one for EVERY one of them, with new recurrence starting dates? Surely not! There must be a way to select all entries and move their next recurrence date forward by a week, starting from a certain date. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am using Windows 7 and Office 2010. When I was using Office 2007, I was able to print my monthly Outlook calendar using the Calendar Printing Assistant. Before I download the add-in, will it work in Outlook 2010? I can't seem to find a definite answer. Thanks.

forwarded meeting reminder from Outlook 2007

An original meeting request was sent to 4 people on May 20th. One of the four forwarded it to a 5th person on May 21st. The sender was notified that the request was forwarded to another person. NOw on the orignal meeting request it shows that 5th person's email address. It makes it look as if the person was orignally invited when they were not. This is causing some conflict in the office. Can anyone tell me why this happened?.

Outlook invitation "location" should include a google map opt

Sharing secondary outlook calendar

My partner and I use Outlook 2007 on our respective laptops. I use Outlook for my own diary and also have a second calendar, the latter of which I need to be able to share with my partner. I would like him to be able to view it on his laptop in Outlook and also edit/add appointments which are then synced back to my copy. Most of the solutions I've seen only allow him to view appointments, not make any changes. We don't have Exchange Server although the two computers are on a wireless network. Displaying Multiple Months

In my previous version of Outlook I used to have at least two months displayed in the top left corner under "Calendar". So in the large pane on the left would be the current month I selected (or week, etc.) and in the top left corner would be the current month plus the next month displayed below it both very small. My husband has six months displayed. I cannot seem to figure out how to do this in Outlook 2007. All I have displayed is the current month and that's it. I thought it would be a simple matter of "pulling down" the window but that's not it. I hope this makes sense.

Requesting meetings with Calendar

When I send out a request for a meeting to someone that is not in our network, they see the correct time/date for the meeting, but when they respond, their response says that they will be at the meeting in about 15 minutes rather than the original time/date of the scheduled meeting. If I send it within our network, they receive and respond with the correct information. What could be the problem here? -- cindy

I can't sync text that I add to a reoccurring event in my calendar

I hope someone can help. In my outlook calendar I have a reoccurring event (daily) that I add information to, usually on a daily basis. However, as its a repeated event, wehn I sync this to my phone the added text DOES NOT sync across......Can someone please advise me whether I can do this or not? The same problem occurs if I add info (text) to the same reoccuring event on my phone and then try and sync with my PC Outlook Calendar. It works fine if its a standalone event.... Regards Michael.

How to create multiple calendar date choices in a meeting request

Dear Experts, I need to create a calendar appointment that requires the participant to select from a list of available dates that the meeting will be offered. When the participant selects the desired date, that meeting wil be placed on his/her respective calendar, based on his/her choice. How can I create this, or is there a feature built in that will allow me to set this up? I do know some VBA. Thank you so much.
