I use Windows button + S key to make a screen capture off the internet. This
creates an unfiled note with the name "screen clipping". Is there a way to
rename this note before moving to a notebook? I can only cut and paste to
accomplish this.

Format -> Show Page Title
Enter the new title.

Click in the box where it says screen clipping and just edit it.
