I had Office 2007 on my laptop running Windows 7 (proffessional, 32-bit, 4 Gb 
ram).
A couple of days ago I upgraded to the new 2010 (rtm).
Now - every time I starts an office program, the installer comes up with 
"configuring microsoft office standard 2010"....
I have tried uninstalling all office products, using add/remove programs.
The installing Office 2010 - same problem.
I then - again  uninstalled Office 2010 and then followed all steps in KB 
928218 (How to uninstall... manually) to completely remove all Office.
And then - installed Office 2010...
Still same problem... "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 
Standard 2010"...
What to do from here ?
Go back to Office 2007 ??
