I really need some help... I have installed my copy of Home and Student 2007 
on two computers, but here's the problem. My desktop computer crashed which 
had the second legit use of the key. My third legit key use was to re-install 
the Home and Student on the computer that crashed. I tried to install it on 
my new laptop (which I desperately need for school), and it said I used it 
too many times. Is it possible that Microsoft or anyone out there could help 
me out in this sticky situation? Thanks in advance!

Did you ever consider to use the Telephone Activation and speak to a real person and 
explain your situation.
