I have installed Office 2010 RTM on a clean copy of Windows 7 Ultimate. No other version of Office beta or otherwise has been installed since complete disk wipe. Installing OneNote from Home/Student 'on top' of Office Profession

I have installed Office Professional Plus 2007, using a site license and installation disk from my university. This doesn't have OneNote in it. I have purchased a separate copy of Office Home and Student. I want to install OneNote only from this copy. What's my procedure? On the upgrade tab do I say keep all previous versions, and installation options deselect everything but onenote? or what do I do? Thanks.

I purchased Microsoft Project Professional 2010 thru my companies Microsoft HUP program. When I try to install what I downloaded I only get the title for the Standard version. The product key does not work either. I am told that it is incorrect. I got these thru Digital Rivers which is not known to be a good way to get software.

an update to windows vista caused an error in the activation code. my computer manufacturer required me to do a recovery and enter a new activation code for windows. I downloaded US English SharePoint Designer 2010 install from the Download Center (and again, from MSDN when I first started having issues). Hello, I installed a few months ago Microsoft Security Essentials. A few days later, Office 2003, told me that the version I used was not an original. Recently I have been able to open my office documents. I changed the key Office 2003 but I still can not open my Office documents while the new key is an original version. Rebuilding failed hard drive; MS Office Std. 2007; key is incorrec

I have the full MS Office Standard 2007 with the correct key. This is the second time a hard drive has failed on me. I installed this before, but now it says "THE KEY IS INCORRECT. VERIFIY THAT YOU HAVE THE CORRECT KEY, AND THEN RETYPE IT." This is nuts. I have the correct product that I paid for. I have the right key which was read with good light (ref from another post) and double checked by a second person, so it was entered correctly. This is a clean install of Windows Vista on a new hard drive, so no "trial version" is involved. Ok, so what's my next step?

correct sql settings for ms office 2007

Having a serious problem with Outlook 2007 functionality. I believe the instances of SQL somehow are not configured correctly. Either they are "Disabled" or "Stopped" where they occur in the Services section in "Manage Computer" when I go into that area. Could someone please tell me what the proper settings are for this aspect of Office 2007? When I try to Send and Receive email I get the message "Could not complete the operation. One of more parameter values are not valid".

Reinstall without disks?

I just upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP. I didn't realize the upgrade would overwrite Office 2000. Can I still find 2000 somewhere and reactivate/reinstall it? If not, I no longer have the install disks so is there another way to install (download for example)? I just want to revert back to 2000 and not have to pay for another version.

Upgrading Office Pro Plus 2010 Beta to Office Pro Plus 2010

I have a copy of Office Pro Plus 2010 Beta and would like to upgrade it to Office Pro Plus 2010 (both downloaded from Technet subscriber downloads). When I try to install Office Pro Plus 2010, it seems to indicate that I can not upgrade 2010 beta. Is there a way that I can do this or at least export my Outlook settings so that I can uninstall the beta, install the RTM and restore my current Outlook settings (accounts, multiple calendars, data files, etc).
