Where's my Office 2008?

I installed Mac Office 2008 under my name with no problem, but when I log off my name and my wife or kids log on under their names, Mac Office 2008 doesn't show up anywhere for them - not on the dock, not in Applications, nowhere - at least that I can find. Any suggestions where it may be hiding? I don't have to do an install under each of my wife and kids' logons do I?? <br><br>Thanks!

Entourage Opening Emails Automatically

I just notice this in the last two days. When I click on a message in my inbox it opens automatically. I used to have to double-click to open a message. This is especially bad if I am trying to select what I suspect are spam messages to delete them because it is automatically opening them when I choose them in the list. If I'm trying to select multiple emails to move them to a folder it opens all the messages. Has anyone seen this behavior or know what to do to stop it? I am not using the preview pane.

Word Crashes When I Double-Click a File in the Finder

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I am running Office 2008 12.2.3 for Mac on a Mac mini, logged into a network account on a Mac mini server. When I double-click a Word document on my desktop, the file opens completely, as if nothing were wrong, but then Word immediately hangs. The document still appears to be open, but the spinning color wheel spins forever, and Word doesn't respond. However, if I open Word by itself, then click File -> Open and select the file, it works perfectly. Does anybody know what is happening here?

Service Desk edition

Changing graphic to floating shoots it off the page

In Word 2008, if I change an in-line graphic to floating, it shoots off the page to a position where it disappears from the Layout view. A quick undo and it's back where it was. I'd rather it simply stay where it is, or at least close. It's an easy workaround: When I set it to floating I eyeball the location and manually key in values for the position I want it to be at, but I'd rather not have to do that. Is there a way around this?

Word 2008: Changing the width of soom toolbar items

When you modified the toolbar in earlier versions of Word, you could point carefully to the right edge of some objects, such as the style name and font name, and widen them by dragging. I can't seem to to do that in Word 2008. Am I merely not pointing carefully, or, is this no longer a feature?

12.2.3 Updater errors every time.

Auto Updater reminds me every time I run an Office app that I need to update to the CRITICAL 12.2.3 update of Office 2008 (12.2.1) on my Intel Power Book running up-to-date OS 10.6.2.
