Can you print the actual notebook layout view (ie: the lines and the notebook rings)? <br>
I really like that feature, but when you go to print there is not option to include those graphics... <br>

Nope -- Notebook Layout is a 'View', so its graphic embellishments are not a
part of the document content. You may find similar templates on the MS web
site but keep in mind that the graphics will take longer to print the notes
& use a rather large volume of ink.
