I've re-created our company letterhead as a template in Word. However, when we type a long letter the "letterhead" template is on every page. How do I get rid of the template ONLY on the following pages?

Although this uses Win Word as the example you should have no trouble
following it in Mac Word � the process is virtually identical. See the part
in particular referring to "Letterhead for a multi-page letter":
