Hi I am having a frustrating time with a spreadsheet, and I hope someone can help.

I have a complex (I think) excel spreadsheet that keeps losing its hyperlinks on the main page. before I get to that, let me give you a little background.

I was running office for Mac 2004, and kept having fatal errors after I installed Snow Leopard. After reading on a few forums that I would have to upgrade to Office 2008. Once I did this, I needed to update the spreadsheet to a .XLSX file.

Here is where the current problem came up. When I did this, the hyperlinks on the opening page, which take you to other pages within the same worksheet. When you click on them you get an error message "Reference data not valid". I spent all day going in and fixing the links yesterday. After repairing, I tried them and they did work. Today I opened the spreadsheet, and all of the links are not working again. I right clicked on the cell, and went back to look at the link in the edit hyperlink area, and it keeps changing the "link to" from (working link) #'APPOLLO VL'!A136 to (non working link) #'APPOLLO%20VL'!A136. the anchor still shows 'APOLLO VL'!A136

Can anyone tell me why the links keep losing (or changing) their value?
