The size of an Excel worksheet is fixed - you cannot remove the unused
columns & rows. Their presence has no bearing on printing, though. Only
those parts of the worksheet having content generate pages when you print.

If you want to show only the columns you have information in one page (vertically and or Horizontally) dependent on whether your information extend beyond one page or not. go to page setup and click on Margins <br>
&nbsp;you will see a window as shown in this Screenshot: <br>
<a href=""></a> <br><br>click on Horizontal, vertical or both then set margins to the smallest that the printer acn print that you need to show all your info on one page. for my printer its .25 left and right and .50 for top and bottom (if you dont use header and footers. if you use header and foot then it will be 1 top and bottom (.50 for margin and .50 for header/footer)

Also if the information is not too large amount that could fit on one page also check *fit to one page*

I am using Access 2003 and have a report I did a while back with a simple subreport. I want to remove the subreport but for the life of me can't figure out how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Hi - When you say "remove the sub report", what do you mean? Do you want to delete the entire subreport control containing the subreport, or do you want to keep the control, but change the report contained in it? Rule for Deleted Items
I am being told that there is a rule in place on my Exchange server that will not empty the deleted items folder every 30 days for certain users in my organization. I found a recipient policy in System Manager that says "Users Excluded from Mailbox Cleanup" but it only shows 2 users and not the 3 I was told about. But I have confirmed that the missing person has email in her deleted items folder going back to 2005 so it must be working. Is there any other location I should be looking? I can not delete a duplicate personal folders list #2
Vall... amazing that there isn't an easy fix for this. The instructions provided simply don't work ( tools-email accounts-view change email accounts-deliver to new account-finish-close outlook and reopen ), and none of the other offered explanations have worked either. Retrieval of Deleted Items After Being Deleted from the Deleted Items File
I deleted a number of important emails from the deleted items file in Outlook 2000. This may sound stupid, but I completely emptied the deleted items file instead of deleting them one by one. Horizontal Page Breaks

Report printing on two pages versus one page
We are on GP 9.0. I have several users that have to swap between 2 printers frequently. When they use the Ricoh printer (a GP non-supported printer), the Job Status/Closing Report prints on 1 page to that printer. I've tested it on myself and have noticed that even when I display the report the screen (not even printing it), it has this problem. If I have the Ricoh selected under File - Print Setup, t...
