Hi,

you can simply move the messages from the Exchange account to your Gmail
account. You can do so with a rule that looks as follows:

If: All messages
Then: Move messages [name of your Gmail inbox]

That way, Entourage will not modify the message because it won't actually
forward the message. And yes, Entourage will need to be running all the
time, as the rule won't work otherwise. You might want to find out if it is
not possible to create a server-based rule on the Exchange server; if that
could be done, Entourage would not need to be open all the time.

I don't understand; if you set up a rule, it will happen continuously, and
you do not have to do it manually.

You've explained "what" you want to do. I'll ask "why"? What are you
trying to accomplish by doing this since Entourage can display both your
Exchange and Gmail accounts?

To answer your "what", I'll point you here
<http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA011502011033.aspx>. Scroll
down to the section "Automatically redirect incoming messages to another
e-mail account".

Hope this helps!
