Not receiving emails in my inbox

Hello....hope someone can help me?

I seem to be able to send emails....but I'm not receiving emails....is there
something I can do to fix this problem? Hope I get this reply?!?

It means your SMTP server is properly setup, but you've made a mistake
setting up either your POP or IMAP server (you didn't mention which type
of account you are using).
