It keeps giving me the spanish version and wont install - how do i get the UK 
english installer?

I'm doing everthing right on this web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx

Download from a computer installed with the UK English version of Windows.

Totally reproducible here, even if select US or CA option.  Use the 
following instead...

Windows Internet Explorer 8 for Windows Server 2003 SP2 64-bit Edition or 
Windows XP Professional 64-bit Edition (English):
